Built on Passion,
Driven by Excellence
LMP Custom Builders was founded by Leonardo Pires, a passionate and dedicated professional with deep roots in the construction industry. Born in Brazil, Leo brought with him an unwavering work ethic and a vision to deliver the highest quality construction services in South Florida.
Together with his wife Mariana, who is an architect, Leo built LMP from the ground up — turning a dream into one of South Florida's most trusted custom building firms. Their combined expertise in construction and architecture gives LMP a unique edge: every project benefits from both structural excellence and refined design sensibility.
Today, LMP Custom Builders serves with precision and passion across South Florida's finest properties. From luxury residential renovations to new custom builds and commercial projects, we bring the same level of dedication and craftsmanship to every job.
// The Family Behind the Brand
More Than a Business,
A Family Legacy
At LMP Custom Builders, family is at the heart of everything we do. Leo and Mariana built this company not just as a business, but as a legacy to pass on — built on love, hard work, and a commitment to excellence that extends to every client we serve.
